Have your own account take the same trades as Stuart Sudgen's Options Hedge account
Stuart Sugden has been trading for more than 25 years. He combines fundamental and technical strategies, most often looking for medium to long-term trades, and sometimes employing seasonal trades.
“Options are often used as a hedge in combination with futures to [potentially] reduce risk and produce a smoother equity curve,” Stuart says. “I trade all major markets but specialize notably in energies.”
Stuart’s focus is risk management. He accomplishes this using options on his futures positions to limit the volatility in the account, while trying to take advantage of seasonal trends in the markets.
Trading futures, options on futures, and forex involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
